History:  This car was built by Billy Mexico in the early 60's with a Chevy V8 and one of the first world famous Frankland quick change rear ends that Jamie and his father Jim ever built.  It was built to run at the long gone Golden Gate Speedway in Tampa, Florida, but a rules change deemed the car obsolete before it was ever run.  Jamie got the car from Mac Steele's speed shop in Tampa (rumor has it, he traded it for a sprint car wheel).  Jamie has been racing the car since 1988.
